Retexture – Drake Uchigatana
A retexture of the Uchigatana featuring a shinier blade, darker saya/sheathe, crimson leather wraps and a neat dragon communion sigil. 2x Resolution and darker blade options available
I’ve never really been a fan of the muted browns on the uchigatana so I decided to make something of my own.
The sheathe is now a black but still retains the wooden appearance, I made the leather wraps of the sheathe a darker red (similar to the mortal blade or chikage from previous games) I also added a dragon communion sigil just beneath the wraps.
Every metallic component should be a little brighter and shinier as well.
The Darker Blade version gives the blade a hue similar to cast iron, the edge of the blade (Hamon) is still nice and shiny though
Installation:
The install process should be pretty simple, just drag and drop the files within the mod into your Mod Engine 2 directory.
I have included a 2x upscaled version as well alongside the vanilla, there’s really no reason to use the vanilla one unless you’re running a GTX Toaster but the option is there
