For instal go inside the “mod” folder and take the “regulation.bin” and put in the “mods” folder in ModEngine
For merge take the CSV and go in “yapped rune bear”
Basically this mod replace the drop of small jar with ancient dragon smithing stone and somber ancient dragon smithing stone.
