Yet another normal difficulty re-balance mod fully tested for game v1.05. Talismans are buffed as well.

Reduces enemy damage by 25% and stamina damage by 25%, rune gain increased up to 70% in ng+7.

How to edit your own regulation file:-
1) Download Yapped runebear
2) Open the regulation file and modify ClearCountCorrectParam for enemy scaling, damage reduction, rune gain etc.
3) Modify SpEffectParam for talisman power
Instructions:-
1) Disable anti-cheat
2) Play offline
3) Backup any legit save files
4) Make backup of regulation.bin then replace it with this one
