Models and Params Script Replacer – Armour And Weapons (MAPSRAAW)
Allow mass replace of visual (models with masking), resistance params for weapons.
Same for weapons params (not visual).
REQUIRES:
linux with: bash, sed, tr, wc, cut, echo, cat – all base linux utils
yapped for elden ring
Its:
1. bash shell script
2. runnable only on linux
3. if you want naked mods, or any clothes/models mods, you need use uxm for elden ring and unpack and patch binary… THIS MOD DOESNT REQUIRE IT
4. you need yapped for elden ring, MUST BE USING SEPARATOR FOR DATA “|”
5. in result just replace original regulation.bin with edited from importing
How it works:
Replaces data defined in script, and then copy back modified data to yapped directory.
Then you can reimport edited data.
Replacing can take up 6 hrs and more – depends which category of data is replacing, and how much data is changing.
NOTE: those who use full ssd or ram disk, will have faster replacement time

HOW TO UPDATE….
1. from game, DELETE/RENAME existing regulation.bin
2. in directory “ORIG.00” is file “regulation.bin.orig”, copy that file over to place where in game regulation.bin, replace it with that file
3. run game once, let menu to update save file
4. do same action again, and take file “regulation.bin” from root of archive (ITS IMPORTED FILE WITH DIFF GENERATED FROM THIS MOD)
5. now you can play modded again
