Edit yourself:
Open your regulation.bin (game folder or moded one) with Yapped.
Go to CalcCorrectGraph at left tab
Select row 200
Edit Leveling Cost – Cost Increase from 0.02 to 0.0007239215
Save
Yes 0.02 will result in over 1.6 billion runes, so you can play with crazy numbers like this.

Merge CSV file with your regulation.bin:
Open your regulation.bin (game folder or moded one) with Yapped.
Import CalcCorrectGraph.CSV and overwrite old one.
