How to install:
to download this mod you need either modengine or UXM both are found in ?ServerName? and pinned in #tools-and-resources. i recommend modengine, should be easy to install from there.
How to get:
Alter the Fingerprint helmet to get the “Mad Lord’s Visage” which you can equip anywhere anytime, and it doesn’t get overridden by anything.
Notes:
The head doesn’t work during cutscenes due to the way they work, they disable all visual effects tied to an “speffect”, that includes the lamp.
