Godslayer’s Wolfsword

Stylish wolf-like moveset overhaul of the Godslayer’s Greatsword with added black flame effects.

An overhaul of the existing Godslayer’s Greatsword to have a more wolf-like moveset with lots of flips. Made in memory of my beloved Farron Greatsword from Dark Souls 3.

Made using existing moves, and converting the Black Blade incantation animation into a unique, usable melee attack. Nearly all the unique light attacks from the original Godslayer’s Greatsword have been altered (1H/2H/LH). Stuff like running, rolling, jumping, and heavy attacks remain the same for the weapon, as it was tied to the Colossal Sword class and not this specific weapon.

Brief Warning: This mod does change both the c00000.anibnd file AND regulation.bin file. Installing this will overwrite and install only this mod. If you want to avoid this, you will need the Individual Files provided and use the second installation method to merge with existing mods.

Installation:
1) Modengine2
– Simply extract the mod into Modengine2’s mod directory, the same place “modengine2_launcher.exe” is located.
2) Merge Method Both files are required for the weapon to function.
– Much more in-depth. Requires both Yapped and Yabber to modify both the regulation.bin and c0000.anibnd respectively.
•Starting with Yapped, and using the provided Individual Files, open up Yapped.
– Go to File > View Project Folder. Go to (ExampleMod\CSV\ER)
– Locate the BehaviorParam_PC.csv in the Individual Files, and place it into the above folder.
– Using Yapped again, look to the left column and select BehaviorParam_PC.
– With BehaviorParam_PC highlighted, look up and select Field Data > Import Data. Or press F11. This will load the CSV provided.
• Now to merge the provided tae file using Yabber
– In your mods folder, locate c0000.anibnd in the chr folder.
– Unpack the c0000.anibnd file using Yabber by dragging the file onto the application. Works easier by creating a desktop shortcut and dragging it there.
– There should now be an unpacked folder in the same place as the c0000.anibnd
– Go through (c0000-anibnd-dcx\GR\data\INTERROOT_win64\chr\c0000\tae) and you will find the individual tae files there.
– With the provided Individual Files, take tae a137 and copy it into the above foler.
– You will be prompted to ask to replace the existing a127, click ‘Yes’.
– Return to the ‘chr’ folder and using Yabber again, drag the c0000-anibnd-dcx folder onto Yabber to repack it.
– This will repack the folder and update your c0000.anibnd, installing the unique moveset of the weapon.
This completes the merging process for the Godslayer’s Wolfsword!
