Expanded weather
Enables more weather variations for every region
– Enables all the 15 weathers and variations for every region (WIP)
– only weathers that make sense for the specific region so no snow or fog in Caelid, more sunny weathers in Altus, alot of rain in the weeping peninsula etc
– legacy dungeons and specific locations are not affected (mistwood,stormhill,moonlight altar)
– affected regions: Limgrave, Weeping peninsula, Liurnia, Caelid, Altus Plateau
To install:
– replace regulations.bin
OR
– import weatherlotparam.csv if your regulations.bin is modded already
