This mod removes character name censoring from Elden Ring – others will see your name uncensored. Naming yourself “Knight” will no longer show up as “K***ht” for other people looking at your character’s name.

Installation

• With Mod Engine

1. Download and set up Mod Engine 2
2. Put the “msg” folder from the mod archive into the “mod” folder

• With UXM

1. Unpack your game data with UXM provided in the mod archive and patch the executable
2. Put the “msg” folder from the mod archive into the “ELDEN RING\Game” folder, confirming the overwrite

Uninstallation

• With Mod Engine

Remove the files you placed in your “mod” folder in Mod Engine 2

• With UXM

Drop the files from “_backup” into your “ELDEN RING\Game” folder, confirming the overwrite
