Light Roll & Backstep – > Black Knife Animations.
Medium Roll & Backstep -> Malenia Animations.
Heavy Roll & Backstep -> Zamor Animations.
Requirements
Mod Engine 2
Replaces the default dodge animations with those of the Back Knife, Malenia, and the Zamor. I chose these because they are aesthetically pleasing and the order because the Black Knife dodges are the fastest and farthest, while the Zamor are naturally slow and short.
1.01 Update:
– changed Light forward dodge to shorter black knife variant
– changed medium backstep to same animation as medium backward dodge
– changed light sprint to black knife animation
– removed camera rumble from heavy dodges
– increased cancel timing of light dodges
– added 30% acceleration to light dodges
Instalation:
– Put the DCX files in the “Chr” folder within the “mod” folder that comes with Mod Engine. If you don’t have a Chr file, you can create a new folder and name it that.
