Don’t use with Easy anti cheat on/enabled – compatibility unknown, the risk of getting banned and who knows what else, maybe mega banned (Giga? even).

What:
“Hides” the top screen compass, quick and dirty.
How it works:
Reconfigured layout config file “SB_FE_01. layout” that provides resource values used in “radar” functionality.
Changed file “GR\data\Menu\ScaleForm\SBLayout\01_Common\Hi\SB_FE_01.layout”.

Changes made:
“Width” and “height” values for the resource keys set to 0
How to install:
1. Make sure EAC is off so you don’t get banned. if you renamed eldenring.exe to start_protected_game.exe, rename it back to eldenring.exe as UXM doesn’t like the renamed version
2. Unpack eldenring.exe with UXM.
3. Go to your game folder and look for menu\hi and the file 01_common.sblytbnd.dcx. You should create a backup of that file so you can revert back to xbox button prompts if needed.
4. Using UXM from “Step 2.” patch your eldenring.exe by clicking “Patch” button.
5. Download the mod file “01_common.sblytbnd.dcx” attached to this mod and copy it to “GameFolder\Game\menu\hi” folder, overwritting the “original”, unpacked file.
6. Download the mod file “01_common.sblytbnd.dcx – Low” attached to this mod and copy it to “GameFolder\Game\menu\low” folder, overwritting the “original”, unpacked file.
7. Play the game.
