Pretty decent Malenia’s Great Rune

Just some tweaks on Malenia’s Great Rune

We all know how bad Malenia’s Great Rune is. It’s the worst Great Rune in the entire game, from the hardest boss in the game. I aim to make this great rune works just like Malenia’s Life stealing attacks passive. It’s not perfect but this will get the job done, in my opinion. I’ve made 2 versions of this mod, one with drawback and one without drawback (very OP). So, what’s in this mod ? Let’s go see….

1. Your physical attack will restore 2% of your maximum HP regardless of damage you deal. This will not include consumable items like Kukri, Darts, Pots. And will not work with magics, incantations, status damage. This stacks with other “Restore HP” elements like Taker’s Cameo, Godskin Swaddling Cloth, Great Stars, Butchering Knife and so on. You’ll get a lot of healing if you use fast weapon like Katana, Dagger, Long Sword etc. Not so much for big weapon though. This is working so well with Hand of Malenia’s Waterfowl Dance.
2. Defeating enemies will temporarily increases your attack power by 30% for 20 seconds. This includes every attack like Magics, Incantations, Skills, NM/CHG Attacks. This also stacks with other “Increases Damage” elements like Kindred of Rot’s Exultation, Lord of Blood’s Exultation, Winged Sword Insignia and so on.
3. Reducing Stamina usage by 25%. This will apply to everything including dodging, skills, magics, incantations, jump attack, NM/CHG attacks etc.
4. Rally system will heal you depend on weapon type. This is good for people that building STR because the bigger your weapon is, the more healing you’re going to get. This will stacks with this mod’s life stealing property. You’re not gonna get much if you’re using fast weapons like Dagger, Katana, Long Sword etc.
5. Your non flask healing is now working with 100% effectiveness. Originally, Malenia’s Great Rune nerfed your non flask healing by 30%. This include heal incantations, Physick, any Talisman that healing you, Blasphemous Blade’s Ash of War, will be reduced. I reverted it to 100% because the description doesn’t say anything about it. So my guess is this is a “Ninja nerf” from FromSoftware.
6. Your flask healing will be reduced by half. So, basically High Risk, High Reward.

Oh, and i’ve also included “Activated Great Rune will carried over to NG+.” Now, you can use your activated great rune from your NG to NG+. If you haven’t activate your great rune and starting a NG+, it will disappear and you’ll need to go get it again.

NEVER USE THIS IN ONLINE MODE. NOT MY FAULT IF YOU GOT BANNED.
USE Offline launcher (No EAC) by LukeYui BEFORE PLAYING.

Installation Steps : Quick and easy

1. Back up your save files in AppData\Roaming\EldenRing
2. Back up your Regulation.bin. in steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game
3. Drag and drop Regulation.bin into steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game
4. And that’s it, you’re done. Enjoy the game

Installation Steps : Manual

1. Back up your save files in AppData\Roaming\EldenRing
2. Back up your Regulation.bin in steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game
3. You need Yapped Rune Bear
4. Drag and drop EquipParamGoods.csv from “Apply this for NG+ Great Rune” folder and SpEffectParam.csv to
   Yapped Rune Bear\res\GR\Data
5. Open Yapped Rune Bear and navigate to “File”
6. Select Elden Ring and then click Open
7. Select Regulation.bin in steamapps\common\ELDEN RING\Game
8. After that, click on SpEffectParam, select “Tools”, click on Import Data and select yes to overwrite.
9. (Optional) click on EquipParamGoods, select “Tools”, click on Import Data and select yes to overwrite.
10. navigate to “File” and click on “Save”
11. And that’s it, you’re done. Enjoy the game.
