just backup Regulation.bin before to substitute.

For someone who wants to merge with another mods:

Follow the Steps.
1 – Open Yapped Rune Bear.
2 – Go to Tools and Import Names.
3 – Go in the first collum to the : “EquipMtrlSetParam”
4 – In the second collum in the rows 1-25 Set in third collum in the Param : “Material Amount [1]” from 1(or any value) to 0;
5 – For somber stones go to rows 2201-2210 and do the same.

This works in any version.
The file Regulation.bin i am updating is for 1.0.4
