As our first foray into Elden Ring modding, AllKnowingLion and Zosoab70 present: UNIVERSAL CASTING!
What does it do?
This mod allows for the use of both incantations and sorceries on a select few staffs and seals.
Staffs:Seals:
-Albinauric staff -Frenzy Flame Seal
-Prince of Death’s staff -Dragon Communion Seal
-Lusat’s Glintstone Staff
Why these specific staffs and seals?
We simply felt that this alteration should only be implemented on items that the typical user wouldn’t be able to get right away as well as ones that would
actually have useful stats, affects, and scaling for a variety of builds.
How?
This was done via the use of Yapped RuneBear which made this alterations incredibly simple to do.
It would’ve been great to have found this before making the mod, but for those of you who may want to do it yourself , here’s a how-to page:

Installation
Extract the files from the 7z download file and place the regulation.bin file in your game’s folder, or if you use Mod Engine 2, just drop it into the mod folder.
Be sure to be in offline mode to prevent a possible ban due to anti-cheat.
Already have a regulation.bin file from a mod?
Included in the download file is the CSV file containing the altered variables, just import them to your current regulation.bin via Yapped.
ALWAYS SAVE A BACKUP OF YOUR REGULATION.BIN FILE BEFORE OVERWRITING/ALTERING
