All weathertypes are now possible in every region ( except if it does not make sense ).

– Enables all the weathers and variations for every region
– Only weathers that make sense for its specific region; no snow outside of the Mountaintops and Snowfields, no fog in Caelid, higher chance of rain in the Weeping Peninsula
– Legacy dungeons and specific locations are not affected (Mistwood ,Stormhill, Moonlight Altar)
