Removes the fog from the forest in the Altus Plateau, restoring its look from the 2021 gameplay preview. Optionally adds strong wind to the forest.

Removes the fog from the forest in the Altus Plateau, restoring its look from the 2021 gameplay preview.
Two version have been included (refer to the Image page for pictures): “Fogless” completely removes fog as advertised, while “Atmospheric” keeps a light blue mist in the distance and makes the lighting less vibrant. Both of them have an alternate version that adds strong wind.

INSTALLATION:
Install ModEngine2 and drop the regulation.bin file in your ModEngine2\mod\ folder. Launch the game using ModEngine2’s launchmod_eldenring.bat file.

CHANGES:
regulation.bin -> WeatherParam -> 51:
– FOGLESS: GParam ID changed to 0
– ATMOSPHERIC: GParam ID changed to 1
– Strong wind: Wind SFX ID changed to 808004
(Notes: as far as I’ve checked, only this zone of the map utilizes the WeatherParam 51. If you notice that another area is lacking fog as an unintended side effect, let me know and I’ll try to fix it.)
Compatible with my Fogless Consecrated Snowfield mod, but you have to manually merge them.
